Caraway will serve as the liaison between the NCAA and Caldwell's 11 intercollegiate athletics programs in regards to NCAA policies, and will also be involved with Caldwell's CHAMPS/Life Skills program that is coordinated by athletics administrator Megan Hrbek.

"I'm excited to join the athletic department at Caldwell College," Caraway said. "This new role will allow me to help student-athletes prepare for life after college and athletics through the CHAMPS/Life Skills program. I'm also looking forward to working with our coaches and administrators to comply with NCAA Division II policies."
