General: Multi-talented player who is an important part of his team’s success… Lead-off hitter with excellent speed. 2008/Sophomore: received all-CACC honorable mention as a utility player… Batted .269 with 36 runs, 11 doubles, four home runs and 28 runs batted in… Paced Caldwell in runs for the second straight year… Also led the Cougars with 14 stolen bases in 19 attempts… Had 10 multi-hit games… Blasted a three-run homer vs. Dominican 4/10… Notched three hits apiece in three consecutive games 4/14-17… Had four doubles, four RBI and three runs during that stretch… Hit game-tying two-run single and then scored winning run in extra-inning victory over USP 4/17… Recorded a double, triple and home run while driving in three runs and scoring four times vs. USP 4/26… The triple vs. USP was his 100^th career hit… Had five hits in 12 at-bats at NCAA Northeast Regional, including 2-for-4 performance vs. Dowling 5/16… As a pitcher, was 3-1 with an earned run average of 3.24… Shut out Dominican on four hits and nine strikeouts 4/10… Tossed a four-hit shutout with seven strikeouts vs. Wilmington 4/19. 2007/Freshman: Named to the all-CACC second team after batting .362 with 15 doubles, five homers and 25 RBI… Started all 40 games, mostly in centerfield… Ranked 17^th nationally in runs per game (1.28) and second in the CACC with 51 runs… Also finished fourth in the conference in doubles… Stole nine bases in 12 attempts to rank second on the team… Had 20 multi-hit games… Also an effective pitcher… Was 2-0 on the mound with an ERA of 3.60 in eight appearances… Went 3-for-5 with a double, a home run, three RBI and five runs scored vs. Molloy in his first collegiate game 2/23/07… Recorded four hits at Lincoln Memorial 3/18…  Hit a lead-off, inside-the-park home run at Bloomfield 3/31/07… Belted a two-run home run while driving in four runs in a win at Dominican 4/11/07… Earned victories on the mound against Felician 4/23/07 and Dominican 4/29/07 in his first two collegiate starts… Hit a three-run homer at Philadelphia 4/28/07… Earned CACC Rookie of the Week honors 4/30/07… Drove in three runs and scored two runs in an 11-4 victory over Felician at the CACC Tournament 5/11/07… Later that day, allowed two hits and two runs while striking out six in seven innings vs. Dominican in the CACC Tournament…  Went 3-for-5 with a run against UMass-Lowell at the NCAA Northeast Regional 5/17/07… Doubled vs. Bryant at the region tourney 5/18/07. Prior to Caldwell: Helped Long Island City High School make the league playoffs four straight years… Selected Long Island City’s Most Valuable Player as a junior and senior… Also named his team’s pitcher of the year as a junior.
