Caldwell College has established a foundation for excellence in athletics. In recent years, the institution has demonstrated a commitment to building an athletic program that makes students, administration and alumni proud. This strong foundation supports nine intercollegiate programs.

Despite the growth of the athletic department as well as the institution as a whole, Caldwell College maintains a special tradition - a tradition that emphasizes the personal approach to education and the proper balance between academics and athletics, with a 13 to 1 student-to-faculty ratio. In addition, the coaching staff works closely with the student athlete, academic advisors and Learning Center personnel to maintain an advisement and monitoring system for all its student athletes. Cooperation between these offices, along with the dedication of the entire faculty and staff leads to the development of the total student athlete.
