PARKER EARNS MEDALIST HONORS AT USP INVITATIONAL

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Caldwell College freshman Chris Parker (Brick, NJ/Brick Memorial) shot a 75 to capture the University of Sciences Invitational at Island Green Golf Club on Friday. Parker's performance led the Cougars to a fourth-place finish at the five-team event, which was won by Holy Family.

The performance marked the first collegiate victory for Parker, who has led the Cougars in each event this season. Freshman Noah Fessler (Metuchen, NJ/Metuchen) shot a 92 to take 12th, followed by fellow frosh Josh Cohen (Egg Harbor, NJ/Egg Harbor) and Asgeir Ofstad (Trondheim, Norway).

The USP Invite wraps up the Cougars' season this spring.
