PARKER LEADS COUGAR GOLFERS AT USP

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Caldwell College sophomore Chris Parker
(Brick, NJ/Brick Memorial) shot a team-best round of 83 to lead the
Cougar golf team in a triangular meet hosted by the University of
Sciences at Island Green Country Club Thursday afternoon. The Cougars
finished behind the host Devils and Chestnut Hill College in the team
competition.
Parker's round of 83, his lowest of the season, placed him fourth in the
individual standings. He was followed by sophomore Josh Cohen
(Egg Harbor, NJ/Egg Harbor Twp.) in eighth and freshman Justin
Kamm (Oxford, NJ/Warren Hills) in 11th. Sophomores John Plaugic
(Kearny, NJ/Kearny) and Dan Jennings (Suffern, NY/Suffern)
rounded out the Cougars' lineup.
The Cougars host USP, Holy Family University and Philadelphia University
in the Caldwell Invitational on Monday, Apr. 9 at Essex Fells Country
Club. The teams are scheduled to tee off at 1:00 p.m.
