IBARCENA NAMED CACC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Sophomore midfielder Jorge Ibarcena (Lima, Peru) was chosen the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference's men's soccer Player of the Week, the conference announced today. Ibarcena led the Cougars to a 3-0 win over Millersville University by recording a goal and an assist.

Ibarcena is the second Cougar to win the conference's men's soccer Player of the Week award. Freshman defender Andrew Fraser (Kingston, Jamaica/Wolmer's) received the league's first weekly award on Sept. 9 after the first week of action.

Now 2-1 on the season, the Cougars host Felician on Tuesday, Sept. 21, for an important CACC match. Game time is set for 4:00 p.m. at Caldwell Field.
