CALDWELL ADDS SOCCER ASSISTANTS

N.J. - Caldwell College Executive Director of Athletics Mark A.
Corino has hired two assistant coaches for the Cougar soccer
programs. Jesse Corazza joins the men's soccer team as an
assistant with head coach Jamie Nash, while Harry
Barzola will assist Nate Guagliardi with the women's
team.
Corazza brings over 15 years of soccer
coaching and playing experience to the Cougar men's team. He has
been coaching youth travel soccer throughout Essex County for
the past 10 years while also serving as the director of soccer
operations at The Sports Academy in Millburn, N.J. He is also
the president and founder of Soccer for Life, which utilizes
soccer training as a tool to build character, confidence and
life skills among youth.
A member of the Olympic Development Program State Team as a
youth player and an all-Shore midfielder while at Manalapan High
School, Corazza attended Rowan University, where he was a
three-year starter. The Profs advanced to the NCAA Division III
Tournament all four of Corazza’s seasons at Rowan, and recorded
an undefeated regular season during his senior year. A native of
Brooklyn, N.Y., Corazza holds an Advanced National Diploma from
the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and a United
States Soccer Federation ‘C’ License. He currently lives in
Hoboken, N.J.
Barzola, a native of Fairlawn, N.J., has been coaching youth
soccer in Fairlawn for the past two years. A former player at
Fairlawn High School, he will work mainly with the midfielders
and forwards in his first season with the women's team.
