General: Local product who transferred to Caldwell from Fordham University last fall… Expected to start at second base. Prior to Caldwell: Batted .313 with five homers and 40 runs batted in over two seasons at Fordham… Started 90 games for the Rams… Named to the Atlantic 10 Conference first team in 2006 after batting .326 with 31 runs scored… Also chosen to the A-10 all-Rookie team and the all-Championship team that year… Hit .301 with 27 RBIs as a sophomore… An all-County, all-Group and all-Conference selection at James Caldwell High School… Twice named Essex County Hitter of the Year… As a senior, hit a walk-off home run in her final at-bat to win the Group 2 state championship game, giving Caldwell its first state championship since 1992… Also hit a walk-off homer in the semifinals of the Essex County tournament that same year… Had 209 career hits for the Chiefs.
