General: Emerged as one of the top hitters in the country in her first season at Caldwell… Effective run-producer in the middle of the Cougars’ line-up. 2008/Junior: Named a first team all-American by NFCA and Daktronics… Chosen the CACC Player of the Year… Led the CACC in hits (79), runs batted in (51), runs (52) and total bases (123)… Also led the Cougars in batting (.422), home runs (seven), triples (four) and slugging percentage (.658)… Named to the CACC all-Tournament Team after going 8-for-11 (.727) with two doubles, five RBIs and three runs scored… Also selected to the all-Northeast Region first team and to the ECAC All-Star team… Struck out just four times in 187 at-bats to rank as the eighth-toughest to strike out in the nation… Recorded 25 multi-hit games… CACC Player of the Week 4/1… Hit game-winning home run in ninth inning of a 2-1 victory over Adelphi 4/13… Went 2-for-4 with two RBI in a 9-6 win over Georgian Court in the first round of the NCAA Northeast Regional 5/6.
