HARRIERS TAKE SIXTH AT NJAIAW CHAMPIONSHIPS

PATERSON, N.J. - The Caldwell College women's cross country team tied for sixth place at the NJAIAW Championships Saturday afternoon at Garrett Mountain Park. Junior Katie Doster (Wayne, NJ/Wayne Valley) led the way for the Cougars with her 26th place finish.

Close behind Doster for Caldwell was sophomore Lauren O'Connell (South Amboy, NJ/St. John Vianney) in 28th, sophomore Shannon Coyle (Matawan, NJ/St. John Vianney) in 29th, and sophomore Amy Ransom (Chattanooga, TN/USC-Aiken) in 31st. Freshman Katie Bordiuk (West Long Branch, NJ/Shore Regional) and sophomore Erin Doyle (Spring Lake Heights, NJ/Manasquan) took 47th and 48th place, respectively.

Next up for the Cougars is the Goldey-Beacom Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 9.
