COUGARS RUN AT DESALES INVITATIONAL

VALLEY Pa. - The Caldwell College cross country team competed at the
DeSales Invitational on Saturday, placing 22nd in the team
standings. Freshman Jaclyn Feola (Belleville, NJ/Belleville)
was the first Cougar across the finish line for the sixth time in
seven races this season, while senior Shannon Coyle (Matawan,
NJ/St. John Vianney) turned in a personal best time for a
6,000-meter race.
Freshman Danielle Cleary (Rockaway Twp., NJ/Morris Knolls)
was Caldwell's third runner to finish, followed closely by senior
Katie Doster (Wayne, NJ/Wayne Valley). Rounding out the lineup
for the Cougars were seniors Lauren O'Connell (South Amboy,
NJ/St. John Vianney) and Erin Doyle (Spring Lake Heights,
NJ/Manasquan), pictured.
The Cougars will now prepare for the Central Atlantic Collegiate
Conference Championships, held at Carousel Park in Wilmington, Del.,
on Saturday, Oct. 21.
