CALDWELL CROSS COUNTRY TAKES THIRD AT DOMINICAN

ORANGEBURG,
N.Y. - The Caldwell College cross country team took third out of six
teams at the Dominican Invitational Monday afternoon at Tallman State
Park. The Cougars were led by freshman Jaclyn Feola
(Belleville, NJ/Belleville) and senior Shannon Coyle (Matawan,
NJ/St. John Vianney), who placed seventh and eighth, respectively.
The Cougars totaled 72 points to finish one point behind Post
University. St. Thomas Aquinas College won the meet with 48 points.
Freshman Danielle Cleary (Rockaway Twp., NJ/Morris Knolls),
pictured, was next across the finish line for Caldwell, finishing in
14th. Senior Lauren O'Connell (South Amboy, NJ/St. John Vianney)
took 18th and senior Erin Doyle (Spring Lake Heights,
NJ/Manasquan) finished 25th to round out the Cougars' lineup.
The Cougars will run at the DeSales University Invitational on
Saturday, Oct. 14 in their final meet before the conference
championships. The race starts at 12:00 p.m. in Center Valley, Pa.
