COUGARS TAKE EIGHTH AT WILMINGTON INVITATIONAL

WILMINGTON, Del. - The Caldwell College cross country team competed
at the Wilmington Invitational on Saturday at Carousel Park,
finishing in eighth place out of 11 teams. Freshman Jaclyn Feola
(Belleville, NJ/Belleville) continued her outstanding debut season
with a 37th-place finish to lead the Cougars. The race also was the
team's first opportunity to run the 5,000-meter course that will be
used for the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Meet at the end
of the season.
Senior Shannon Coyle (Matawan, NJ/St. John Vianney) was next
for Caldwell in 42nd place. Freshman Danielle Cleary
(Rockaway Twp., NJ/Morris Knolls) and senior Katie Doster
(Wayne, NJ/Wayne Valley) took 54th and 55th place, respectively,
with senior Lauren O'Connell (South Amboy, NJ/St. John
Vianney) rounding out the Cougars' lineup in 75th.
Next up for Caldwell is the NJAIAW Meet at Richard Stockton College
on Sat., Sept. 30.
