CALDWELL,
N.J. - The Caldwell College women's tennis team lost a Central Atlantic
Collegiate Conference dual with Philadelphia University, 8-1 Monday
afternoon at the Caldwell College Tennis Courts. The result gives the
Cougars a 2-8 record overall, including a 1-4 mark in the conference, while
the Rams improve to 9-3, 3-1 CACC.
The Cougars' lone victory came at No. 2 doubles, where senior Patty
Messick (Penns Grove, NJ/Penns Grove) and freshman Suzanne Dragovcic
(Barnegat, NJ/Southern Regional), pictured, defeated Jen Leonard and Liz
Sweeney, 8-2.
The Cougars host East Stroudsburg University on Tuesday, Oct. 2, beginning
at 3:00 p.m. at the Caldwell College Tennis Courts.
