Technology Assistants

TechAssist for Faculty was established in Fall 2001 to assist faculty members looking to integrate technology into the curriculum by providing one-on-one training and in-classroom support.

Student Technology Assistants (STA's) have been hired and trained on various software packages and general computer classroom usage.  STA's are available to assist faculty members with technology by helping them learn various software programs and assisting them with the use of computer equipment in Technology Enhanced Classrooms (TEC rooms).

“TechAssist” for Faculty is located in Room 4205 in the Student Center Building.  Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. Please call 973 618 3000 Ext. 3470.

We continually make changes and reevaluate our services as we assess faculty needs for technology related assistance.
